Reinstall a VM

Replaces the OS disk with a fresh copy of the chosen image and resets the hostname, cloud-init user, password and SSH keys. All data on the OS disk is lost; the VM must be stopped first. The disk keeps its previous size, and IP addresses stay the same. The request waits until the reinstall finishes. The new image must have the same firmware type (BIOS or UEFI) as the current one.
