Delete an HA rule
DELETE
/cloud/project/{project_uuid}/vm/ha/rules/{rule_id}/Removes the rule. HA stays enabled on its VMs.
Authorization

API key created in the portal (Settings → API Keys). Send as Authorization: Bearer <key>.
