Activity
Project activity log: who changed what in the project — members, their API keys, and MCP.
The Activity log shows changes made in the project by all members, including actions through their API keys and the MCP server. Every project member can view it, regardless of role.
Steps
- Open
Project → Activity. - To narrow the list, type in the search field. It matches the member's email, the event, and the API key name.
- To show a specific period, pick a date range with the date button. Clear returns to all dates.
- Use the arrows below the table to move between pages (15 events per page).
What the log shows

| Time | When the change was made, in Europe/Warsaw time. |
| Event | What was changed, for example an instance created, a firewall rule added, or a backup restored. Failed operations are marked Failed. |
| Actor | Who made the change: the member's email (You for your own actions), plus the API key name for actions through an API key or MCP. Automatic actions show System. |
The log covers instances (create, resize, reinstall, power actions, snapshots, restore from backup), networking (private networks, Cloud Gateway, public IPs and PTR), firewall (security groups, IP sets, VM rules), High Availability, backup jobs and backups, and project members.
Watch out
- The project log does not show IP addresses or devices. Your own sign-ins and account changes, with IP address and device, are listed in
Settings → Activity. - Date ranges are whole days in Europe/Warsaw time.
