Replace all VM firewall rules
PUT
/cloud/project/{project_uuid}/vm/{vmid}/firewall/rules/replace/Sets the full ordered list of rules and attached security groups. Every rule is validated first; nothing changes if one is invalid. Unchanged positions are kept, and a changed rule is replaced without leaving a gap. Returns the resulting rules.
